- Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor candidate in the state of New Jersey.
Evangelist Dorothy G. Scott, a staunch advocate on behalf of individuals in the justice system, and recipient of Brown University’s Bear Award for Outstanding Direct Care Provider, has dedicated over 25 years to providing help, guidance and access to services to those suffering Mental Illnesses, Substance Abuse in Women with Children, and individuals being released from prison. She has been applauded for developing therapeutic relationships with individuals displaying trauma. Evangelist Scott is a member of the new Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies.

Bishop Leroy Scott Jr. Pastor Emeritus of the Bryant Baptist Church in Philadelphia Pennsylvania served as Senior Pastor through 1995. A Vietnam Veteran, he joined the United States Air Force in 1957. Following receipt of an Honorable Discharge in July 1972, he worked for the United States Post Office for 25 years. Bishop Scott embodies integrity, servitude, and strength, in his commitment to the work of ministry, and the spiritual well-being of the men, women and children he mentors. His positive attitude, and optimism, will create an aura of spiritual health and well-being throughout our organization.
